The dining nook, thoughtfully designed with a custom-made table from Nickey Kehoe, a bespoke curved banquette, and Verner Panton chairs, serves as the heart of the kitchen area. Taking cues from the home's existing Mediterranean charm, Electric Bowery has expertly infused the space with a Spanish aesthetic, marrying tradition with modern living.

Rooted in the home's existing character, Electric Bowery, has seamlessly blended a breezy Spanish aesthetic with modern functionality. Their thoughtful approach to the traditional architecture of this beloved seaside home while embracing the needs of contemporary living.

Throughout the residence, there's a harmonious interplay of patterns, hues, and proportions; upon entry, attention is drawn to a gracefully winding staircase adorned with a Spanish-inspired iron banister. A curved, yellow bench sits beside terracotta tiles, enhancing the arches and staircase with a seamless transition into the kitchen. Here, rich dark timber flooring and ceiling accents complement oxblood-colored tiles and terracotta inlaid flooring, accentuating the sculptural furniture and custom-made island crowned with Rosso Toscana Marble.

In the living room, a curved Stahl + Band sectional sofa, an intricately designed fireplace, and Lawson-Fenning lighting fixtures suspended overhead infuse Scandinavian elegance. Drawing inspiration from vintage billiard parlors, the game and bar room offer a nostalgic charm, featuring bespoke millwork and a navy-blue banquette that echoes the pool table's felt.

As you step into the home, your eyes are greeted by a dance of arched doorways and textured plaster walls, setting the stage for an artistic haven. Every corner invites you to indulge in bold expressions of design, from the captivating pieces by Kassandra Thatcher and Giselle Hicks to the illuminating brilliance of Danny Kaplan's creations. And let's not forget the lively energy brought by James Herman's artwork and the eclectic finds sourced from the likes of Rhett Baruch, and Monte Vision. It's like stepping into a gallery of curated wonders, each piece telling its own story and adding depth to the home's narrative.

Imagine being surrounded by hues that evoke the warmth of sun-kissed terracotta tiles and the earthy embrace of cream and mauve plaster. Their color palette reveal a delicate dance between the Spanish Colonial heritage of the residence and the vibrancy of contemporary design. It's a harmonious blend of tradition and modernity, inviting you to immerse yourself in a world where every color tells a story.
